The General Discussion Award for Threadmaking

Without a constant supply of new threads, Gamingforce would quickly dry up and become dull, a bit like Tails did. We have hundreds of new threads created here every week and some are, frankly, better than others.

The General Discussion Award for Threadmaking is for who, in your opinion creates the consistently highest quality of threads. This is by no means the person who creates the most threads. In fact, I'm willing to bet that our most prolific threadmakers will be passed over in favour of people who put some thought into their threads and take time to craft an engagin opening post every time, the cornerstone of any decent thread.

So who in your opinion has created the most consistantly high quality of threads over the past year and therefore deserves this award. All standard nominations rules apply as detailed in the rules thread.

KimAykut. Clearly.

No, but seriously folks. I actually have to vote for BradyLama. I don't always agree with what he puts out there, but he usually gets a reaction, makes me think, or at least makes me have to counter-post out of the sheer level with which I disagree with his position.

I rarely saw Maico around the boards but lately I've run into a lot of threads he's made and, not only are they pretty well thought out in their first posts, they generate a healthy amount of discussion every time. Sure they're not shockingly epic or gut-busting with the funny, but he HAS created a hefty amount of discussion with his threads lately and I think that's worth at least a notice.

sprouticus.

He seems to always have an active thread going, either in the sewers or General Discussion. I guess some would argue how great they are or not, but he certainly makes a steady contribution to thread creation. The handwriting thread in particular I thought was pretty neat.

I can't believe no one has nominated October Omicron yet. As Kurado knows oh so well, OO, when he's around, is always out there making new threads, sparking discussion, and just generally making the boards a much more active place.
