Thread of the Year Award

Threads are the lifeblood of Gamingforce. Without threads we'd have little more than a glorified LiveJournal and a chatroom and tha'd be frankly rubbish! There's a steady flow of new threads here, enough at least that you're never likely to read all of them. Some however are worth going out of your way for. Sometimes you realise that you are in fact posting in a legendary thread...

This award should go to the thread this year most deserving of the title "Legendary". The thread which provided the most entertainment, drama, comedy and human interest. The thread of threads, the champion thread, the one thread to rule them all! You get my drift I'm sure.

Standard nominations rules apply as detailed in the rules thread.

I said that I'd do this earlier and I'm sticking to it.

New Halo 3 Announcement.

There's a reason this thread is still stickied in testing, and upon viewing it said reason is readily apparent. It's been up for almost 11 months now, and it still makes me die laughing every time I open it. Yeah, Zeal is a troll, so what? GFF has never been told off in such an awesome fashion and I'm sticking by it.

When I saw this thread I couldn't contain my laughter and even though its only less than a week old, it has already gone down in my books as one of the greatest threads to ever brand the Sewers.

This thread is abstract art:

Reason: It's in this thread that Kimaykut makes her entry, one of her best posts is in here.

This thread is a complete wreck.

Do you think this girl is hot?

I mean, why would he ask that question when people's answer will already be a definite one? He's trying to produce a mass confrontation and citation about it.

I nominate the Thread of the Year Nomination Thread.

It's got links to all the other cool threads, making it a meta-thread through which all other awesomeness flows.

Well, I'm glad it was re-opened because I nominate the RACE TO 10,000! thread based on the epic number of posts alone. Yeah, it's all spam and merged threads, but the regular posters there are fucking committed. I was away for a week and it jumped up 2,500 posts. =o

I'm throwing a nomination down for that 'Religion: What it means to you...'

http://www.gamingforce.org/forums/qu...means-you.html

Basically it turned into 'All christians come here and make a fool out of yourself trying to prove jesus with a book that isn't proved either and make an ass out of yourself'

I realize it's kind of hypocritical of me in a sense considering I myself am a christian. But I always found myself laughing at that thread. Laughing at how many people would randomly pop in and start spouting off nonsense. Basically, that thread made a mockery of religion *cough* LordsSword *cough* Definitely thread of the year material.

I nominate the Do You Shave Your Pubes Thread. Most of the responses in there are so fucking hilarious.
