Just get basil to make a post linking all the award nomination threads and post it in here or in a fresh thread in this forum. That would be the best of both worlds, and it'd make him work for his keep.

I was going to self-nominate myself for everything since it's legal, but now that he's doing it for that dick beaver Zeal, I guess I'll hold off.

Basil thanks. I'm surprised there's so few awards this year - usually we have like sixty or something.

Actually, I think it's kind of neat that the awards got cut down so much.

Pruning the awards for overlap is fine, but what happened to stuff like "Ban of the Year", "Hottest GFF Member (male and female)", "Most Likely to Become a Moderator", and "(Sassafrass) Award for Drama"? The best part of the awards is that they tend to spark a little debate around here, and it seems the most contentious categories are missing.

It's not about you nominating Moon; it's about seconding soneone else's nomination, ie you seconding Joe Bloggs. It's pointless to do so and it has no effect on the voting round whatsoever.
