Probably someone who liked their sig/av at the time. Does it matter? If you didn't like their sig/av then don't vote. No need for a hissy fit. Also it's spelled bologna, not balgona.

Diss and Lurkers avatars are both QUALITY. I'd go with Diss though on the grounds that it is more monumental and leaves you on the edge of your seat, wondering which town he might pop into next. The point of this thread, in my eyes, is to nominate a person based upon what they do well according to avatar and signature space. I've done this. I see nothing creepy with being complimentary. That's all.
