I also got it from boxtorrents like 1 month ago and I couldn't stop watching it.
I'm just glad that the ova revealed the second rumble ^_^
So which groups are planning on subbing this, I wanna get it asap.

like ms said, maybe Anime United - the worst quality type (who konws maybe they might redeem themselves for thisone).. and we have Wannabe Fansubs. Their qualities are the best. I wish Nanashi-Fansubs finished but only did 4-5 episodes of them.

I'm not sure who is worse at getting out a fansub, Nanashi or Wannabe. Why do you want us to suffer the wrath of one month episode releases, chato?

Actually Wannabe got the School Rumble OVAs out pretty quickly. If they can actually do a one a week release I would be happy.

Also, Anime United had pretty bad encoding for Rec but their subs weren't bad at all.

Well its not like I'm going to ignore the other sub groups. Whichever comes out first will be posted by me or one of the members that get to it first. But its true that Wannabe and Nanashi have the best quality episodes for them.

I guess another reason for keeping Wannabe Fansubs is because i make my own dvds out of them.

if Wannabe can actually get on the fucking ball this time. it got agonizing waiting for episodes during the first season, and they only just recently released the 27th episode...
they're just lucky they've got dynamite translations.

Umm, just an outta topic question.. but hows the manga progress of School Rumble? I know a few scanlation team dropped it due to licensing... so is anygroup out there doing it still?

Yeah, since the manga was licensed by Del Rey I've decided to support them since they're the only people I trust not to screw up manga these days. There were a lot of interesting translation notes in the back of this one. Just too bad volume 2 won't be out until May, but hey they do a good job so it's all good.

School rumble... lol, one of the funniest, extreme anime I ever watch. I havent watched the entire season I eps since I have the manga. That UFO scene is just so hilarious. This serie reminds me of Va Dinci Cod somehow...

Why would we have fillers? The manga is now at chapter 172 and the anime is not even at 120. They can easily make 26 episodes. SR is not a mass episode series like Naruto or Bleach, so no need for fillers.

School Rumble is pratically a season long anime of fillers if you think about it.

and I meant the anime will pass the scanlations in no time, not the manga in Japan.

The OP is growing on me fast, it's pretty awesome. The ED is pretty slow for a show like School Rumble. I think the song is good though.

Thanks for the intro and outro. Looks like more new characters, and Harima staying clean shaven. Quick question for those who've been keeping up with the Japanese manga, who's this girl? She looks like fusion of Tenma and Yakuma, with Lala's skin tone... Wait a minute, did Lala do that to herself?!

The new outro, animation wise, is kinda boring. The first season's outro was a lot better, I really liked how they showed chibi Harima's appearance progression (which the season folowed suit to).

The new songs themselves are refreshing, as "Scramble" got old real fast for me.

Also, picked up Del Rey's release of School Rumble vol. 1, pretty good stuff. Caught a little mistake, they wrote Tenma's height as being 5'5" when it's clearly not (154cm is approximately 5'0"-5'1"). Only read up to Chapter 8, but I'm loving it. It's great to find out that the anime is quite loyal to the manga, so far I've seen all the jokes from the manga in the anime.

Here's hoping that Wannabe doesn't take their sweet ass time releasing the subs this season!

heh. I dont like that kid up there. The one that looks sleepy. Annoying and just boring to see. If i remember.. there was some episodes where i just skip some scenes cause he was in it. not a fan of that dude >.>
