They need to bring Inuyahsa back
Hello,
It is my humble oponion that they need to bring Inuyasha back. If there is anyone whom has been reading the lastest Manga. things are getting quite interesting especially for Sesshomaru's group. I won't spoil the details for anyone but lets say things are very cool now. Anyway I had been thinking about this for a long time, and could not hold it in any longer. They need to bring the anime back. ah there I feel better now. Teresa. |

I would've liked Inuyasha alot more if it wasn't for all the fangirlish episodes and filler episodes. Im serious about it. When it first came up on adult swim. I wasn't really impress with these episodes til Sesshomaru came out and ended up being related to Inu. After more boring episodes, i decided to see the last episodes of it.
Weren't they supposed make more afterwards? its been a long time now..o.o. btw, You should add some details and a few more info so this thread doesn't close. |

Hello,
Well i don't really want to spoil it for anyone, so if anyone wants just send me a pm, and I will give them a quick run down of what is happening in the manga, but I will say thins it is not just filler like a few parts of the seriese was. I had heard rumors that the series was going to come back, but have heard nothing more on the matter for quite some time either, but I truly hope that they do. I hate when they stop a series right in the middle. Teresa. |

I think if the manga keeps getting enough support they'll bring it back in some form be it OVAs or a TV series that follows the manga pretty straight forward. I think the problem was they had caught up with the manga and had to make a lot of filler. With enough time they could bring the show back and continue where they left off. However, if they're just going to do a ton of filler and not get on with the story if the story is actually going somewhere then fuck it there are much better things worth spending money and effort to animate. Like Ranma 1/2, Takahashi Rumiko has trouble ending certain formula series. At least I think so.

Acer reminded me of sad events ;__;
I started reading Ranma manga back when I was in 6th grade. Continued until I was almost in college. I stopped buying 'em around GN#21 or so. I got frustrated with slow releases. Then I downloaded scanslations and read all the way through until the end courtesy of some lovely torrent site. I have this to say: BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. EVER. She repeats ideas later and the manga builds up to jack shit =( Doesn't even have a complete ending. I read the final chapter and wasn't "upset that it was all over". Lord no. I was pissed that I paid $15 apiece for those twenty some-odd GNs and they were a huge waste. The manga went in ciiiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrclllllllllllllllles then she said "ITT END THIS". And she did so with little to no grace at all. Anger. ANGER. Still, <3 Maison Ikkoku manga and Lum like no others. ![]() Meh. Whatever. |

Yeah, I only have volume 1 of Ranma 1/2. I saw how many volumes it was and how it still wasn't finished releasing over here and decided to download it. I'm VERY glad I did.
So sorry for you, Gechmir. ![]() |

I'm sorry but Inu Yasha has to go down as one of the most linear anime I've ever seen. Out of the 160+ episodes it logged, I'd say the ratio of filler episodes to actual plot episodes is 7:1.
Bored much? ![]() |
![]() Meh. Whatever. |

I only watch it once in a while on YTV when it comes on via channel surfing, and I find myself hooked. I'm scared that if I tried to actually follow it, then I would lose interest, since the episodes do seem to follow a generic progression if you look at them. Although, I haven't seen it for a while and I've heard that it ended, but it didn't really end, despite the final episode being shown?
"Kikyo! Kagome! Miroku! Sango! Kirara! Naraku!" I'd always shout, and 90% of the time. I would be saying it unison with a character currently on screen by chance. Spoiler:

I highly doubt that Cartoon Network would've gone and shown the final episodes before they have a chance to be released on DVD. It keeps people from making illegal box sets. With DVD releases this month, they will only be up through episode 135. ![]() |

I can't bring myself to like the Inuyasha anime anymore. I like the idea, some of the plot, and some characters, but if i go through another episode of "INUYASHAAAAA" "KAGOMEEEEEE" someone will die painfully.

Indeed, Adult Swim would have to have a sense of humor to keep airing that show (if not for the pool of fangirls watching it). Thanks for sharing that bit of awesome, Synthesis. ='D

No, they do not need to make more episodes of this shit. Only good thing about Inu is Sesshomaru. A spin-off with him on his own travels is a different story.
Kagome needs to die a slow and painful death. That is the truth.

I agree with Acer. When the manga ends, they'll most likely bring it back as an OVA that follows the manga to a T or more movies. And hopefuly cast better people if they do.
I used to be a fan, but I have to say this...even though some of the fillers were funny, most of them turned me off of the series. When I was watching AS I opped to skip Inuyasha intierly due to this. Another reason was the rabid fangirls. I just couldn't take them anymore so I desided to drop out of the fandom. Even though Inuyasha remains one of my favorite anime. It has become like pokemon where I only liked the first few seasons before it went down hill. ![]() |
