The 2nd one looks like Skull Leader from Macross, but I'm not sure.

Also, whoever inserts 5.5 megabytes worth of stupid animations in their signature is a fucking failure.

Doesn't matter if it's in a single post, as long as they're not duplicated in the signature area for every post someone makes. (The browser does caching, but having so many animations everywhere is ugly clutter.)
