You're both correct. Well actually, Qwarky said the whole title, while khalfan only said "Street Fighter". As a result, I think Qwarky wins for specifically stating which SF it was, but if he wants to let khalfan take the win, it's up to him.

I can see how this might cause a little confusion if you've only seen the PG-13 version of SF2. This is from the unrated version (or specifically, the latest release that is TRULY unrated, although this scene was present in the old R rated version). The poor bastard in question was a brainwashed street fighter sent to kill some old man in Calcutta. During the escape, the Shadowloo minions pump him full of holes (maybe to erase evidence, I dunno), then Ryu steps in to beat the crap out of the shooters.

Well, khalfan basically got it with his first Street Fighter 2 guess as I wouldn't nitpick with names so I'll just give it to him. Post away, khalfan.

that guy kinda looks like Okayasu Kairi from Peach Girl. his untied tie reminds me of the casual way he dresses and acts.

This female character's face looks like she might be from Ghost Sweeper Mikami but she looks more advance than that. if not. oh well ;p

I'm gonna take a guess and say that it's from Mezzo. I haven't seen the show, but the character design really seems to resemble what I have seen of its artwork.
