Animation style reminds me of Noein. Even though I just watched one episode of it.

Well, since no body has guessed at it yet, heres another hint to help you on your way :3

But erm, that's the point of the rules, to make it less postwhorish and get people to put some effort so there's some merit to the thread at all.

We've tried being "nicer" about it a dozen times before and people just don't learn, so the only option is to tighten the rules a bit. If you play how it's supposed to be played, everyone wins and has a good time.

Ah, thing is, I accualy wrote all of the rules, and then double check them with the mods before i posted, me and arcer agreed on them. he is the one that told me to add the backed by mods and such. they had some influence, but i came up with all of the rules using the OLD OLD threads, where we hard rules and we wherent so libral about this thread. Yes I added some stuff, and the mods changed afew things(made it to where it sounded correct)
And this ways we dont get those people that dont accualy want to play, and dont check the thread to see if it has been updated, so the thread doesnt die like the last one did almost every week.

Anyway, it was Elfen Lied, but since your leaving and all, i guess i will find another anime to post.

I'm going to hazard a guess that picture is from Eureka seveN. I think I recall a scene that was somewhat similar to that(Renton falling), and the way that the hair goes down the middle of the face and sides seems to match rather well with Renton's coiffure.
