Since it has a kitchen sink as an image and judging by the decent quality of animation. I'd say it's Yakitate Japan.

I'd have to say that it's from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. It's the episode where Rena and Mion visited Keichi and gave him something to eat because his parents were out of town. I believe this episode was from the first story arc where Rena and Mion were going psycho half the time.

The gentleman who said Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is correct, proving yet again that Luceid and Q suck.

This shouldn't be too difficult for those who've seen the series.

I am going to guess BLOOD+ here in one of the early episodes of the Vietnam arc. The white matches the clothing that Saya had to wear when she disguised herself as a student at the boarding school that the Red Shield asked her to infiltrate. I remember Hagi was cutting flowers there and this may be the scene where he gave Saya one of the flowers. I know it can't be the scene in France since the flower that Diva throws down is blue.

I was asked to be Zzeroparticle's spokesperson for this picture because he's moving into his new apartment this weekend and will be without internet for a while.

Anyway, Hiro, your guess is wrong. This series is a few years older than Blood+

I'm going to guess Kino's Journey. I haven't actually seen it but I remember people thought there was something wrong with the DVDs because of the scanline effect.

It's not Windy Tales, it's older and this particular scene is in a bit of a different style. There doesn't seem to be much activity here though so I'll just post another pic, and this is basically giving it away:

That series is almost undoubtedly Niea_7. Thats the alien who tries so hard to be Indian, and constantly calls "alien meetings," just to get people to try his new curry recipes. Funny and interesting series.
