New Board Feature: Latest 5 Posts

So due to popular demand I have added the latest 5 posts feature from Serious Business. You can minimize it if you don't want to see it by clicking the little button on the top right. I disabled the modhut, testing forum, and trading forum's posts from showing up in there. For some reason something still looks a little off. Maybe it's a bit bulky compared to SB's version of it? If anyone has a link to Serious Business please give it to me so I can look at that one and compare.

After a little while I'll hold a poll to see if people wanna keep it or ditch it.

Well, what you can do is shorten the "forum" and "author" margins, and extend the text preview limit.

Also, it's still showing posts from the Music and Trading section.

I'll edit the template to match the one on SB.

Ok, good. I couldn't find a link to the old SB forums and I didn't remember how you modified them before. I know the tables were much smaller before, and even then I couldn't find where to edit them. ._.

I'll just leave it to you, then. You have the bigger brain after all! I did shut it off in the meantime because I got tired of looking at their bulky and ugly design.

sweet as hell, guys. I know I visited a bunch of threads I wouldn't have otherwise because of that feature on SB.

Since Miles brought it up, anyway, what is the URL for Serious Business? I'd like to look over my journal and things, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Is it supposed to be on the forums index page or something? Because I can't see anything.

If you don't want to see it, you can hide it using the arrow button to the top right of the table.

Just did a few tests. Everything works wonderfully now. The Music and Trading section does not display. Neither does Testing and of course neither does the mod hut. If you log out then The Sewers will not display. All is wonderful. Thank you, Blah. =))))

That should be fixed now. I have to manually block the subforums as well. I assumed blocking the main forum would block the subforums.

I just tested out the mod hut subforums just in case and they're good to go too.

Except for "Do Not Collect $200". Styphon just banned an adspammer and the infraction notice appeared in the Latest 5.

Acer just got proved wrong again.
