Features To Add?

My Journal ChocoPie looked so much like Pac-Man I was hoping that, if it was brought back, the slice that wasn't mine would just be a circle.

It would be nice to have the Chocobo themed default usertitles back, if possible. And the reply message windows just don't look right the way they are now.

I'm really not sure if this is possible, or has been done before, but I'll give it a shot.

I'd like a "forum favorites" section. An option where you can add your favorite forums to your list, and block others. Face it, some people just don't post in Community Commons. Others don't post in the Music forum, so there's no point in focusing on them while you're enjoying your stay at gff.

It's just an idea, but I would find it quite useful. Like a subscription to your selected forums, or a list which you can pay more attention to over other subforums which aren't tendering to.

I would appreciate that as well. It would be very convenient to be able to block threads from certain forums from showing up when using the 'New Posts' button.

You can subscribe to forums by clicking the "forum tools" dropdown at the top of the thread listings within a forum and clicking the obvious option. Then the forum(s) you subscribe to will appear listed in your User CP.

Dunno about blocking out forums you don't want to post in though; but then if you go with using your subscribed list that pretty much gets rid of them anyway, doesn't it?

edit: oh yeah, the new post search, didn't consider that. Guess it would be useful to block out specific forums in that then...

I noticed that in the Member List there's no ability to search for a member.

Having that back would be a real plus.

Chocopie! I know it's all but critical at the moment but it was really a cool feature.

And it would be great if it could be non-case sensetive, as it has been in the past.

i'd like the gamingforce sharing system back....that was nice...

The "My Posts" link at the top of the page, aswell as Chocohost and an increased avitar size limit (should be 30k).

It's in the same spot it was before, right under the spot where you can choose which page you want to be on there's a thing that says "Search Members." There's also an advanced search option that you can select as well.

Also, how about "who quoted me"? It's good to know when you're being talked to/about/noticed in general.

I once again request a light set be created.

I could of sworn there was a Search Members on the Members List page without being a dropdown menu.

Is there anyway to remove the [image] in the avatar if a person doesn't put one up. It's really an eyesore for me.

What happened to the Quick Quote button that allows you to quote the message in the quick reply box?

Also, while you're here fixing things, any chance of making it possible to see a list of how many posts each person has in any forum, like you can with a thread by clicking on the number of replys on the forum screen.

That makes little sense but I know what I mean. It was a feature of the original vb2 boards way back in the day but you took it off for some reason.

That's basically my main request, too. I liked easily finding threads that I had posted in by just clicking on a top button (instead of finding my member page and clicking the "search for jazzflight's posts" thing)

Arcade is a big one. Too bad I have to get my top high-score back on Tomato Bounce.
