No offense bobo, but just like the world map, this is just a rather lame gimmick, that people will rave about for a few days, but after that no one will care. Could we PLEASE get back to enabling chocopie and who quoted me?

When Smokers try to lasso him, he grabs their tongues and pulls them to HIM instead.
When Hunters jump on him he flips them over, pins them to the ground, and rips out their teeth one at a time. When Boomers vomit on him he wipes himself off, shoots peptobismol into their mouths, and performs liposuction on them before splattering their brains on the wall. When a Tank throws a chunk of concrete at him he rolls up his sleeves and puts on boxing gloves. When a Witch gives him lip he pulls his hand back and slaps that bitch right in the mouth. No zombie is safe from Chicago Ted. |

In bobo's defense, it sounds like instituting something like this would take very little from him or from his time - it's not Gamingforce trying to become gmail, it's gmail branching out and bobo signing up to be a part of it, and that only possibly. I think it would be neat, and I've already *got* an @gamingforce.org account. =P

To clear up any confusion, I'll explain, since I just got accepted to the Gmail Hosted beta.
Its pretty simple. Google does host the mail, you just reroute the MX DNS stuff to them and the mail gets sent there instead of to the GFF server. Therefore, when GFF crashes, GFmail will not crash, unless if the domain expires. They give you 2GB per account, and 25 accounts for the "Free" license. There is no option to upgrade as far as I know right now. Therefore actually giving GFF members a mail account is out of the question. In fact, the pricing would probably be way too high, so maybe bobo will have it so donators get email accounts? (sup chocosponsor goin' to cancun). I'm happy to have my Gmail Hosted @ani-6.com account and with it, you can also login to Google Talk. Its pretty neat.  |

Yeah, an @gamingforce.org email would be freaking awesome. I probably wouldn't use it as my primary account, but as a forum account it would be great!

I think I had one of these back when I donated the first time. One of the things Bobo offered for the donors. Of course, it was just a forwarder, but even then.
But yea. I'd like to have it again. That would be kickass. PLEASE IMPLEMENT IF WE GET ACCEPTED~ |

I am assuming that if Bobo uses gmail for gamingforce email, we will be able to use POP3 with it? Because, you know, I like POP3.

I can almost confirm. If it uses gmail, then it will most likely allow POP3, because even gmail's basic free service allows POP3.

When this is set up, you'll have full Gmail capabilities with the gamingforce.org e-mail address, when you log in, it will look just like a regular Gmail account.
