It's funny that the Switchfoot song has a lyric that asks, "I got up to my feet and she asked me what was wrong"... What's fucking "wrong", mannnnnn, is the fact that you're a generic and vanilla pop singer of a band who had some minor success being on the soundtrack of a movie about a goody-goody Christian girl with a terminal illness that MADE MY HEART FLUTTER.
Looka Bomba isn't much better but at least it has a beat that kept my ears open, so it wins by default. |

"Faust Midas and Myself" seems rather ordinary, and frankly I was bored throughout the song.
"Looka Bomba" is more energetic, and I thought it sounded like something from Initial D. Sure, why not . . .  Classic J-Pop Volume 22 |

I don't really get the DDR tune thing. Although I didn't really like the Switchfoot song either it was something that I wouldn't mind hearing again if I had to make the choice between adrenaline pumping DDR tune or some alternative stuff.

Good to see a Go2 track, I thought I would have the only Eurobeat song in this contest
 . Great vocal teamwork by Ace & Fastway, especially the buildup in the B-Sabi where I couldnt tell when they switchout.I overlooked this one on Super Eurobeat 164, I guess I'll have to give that album another listen to sometime.
Like Avex wants to deal with Konami anymore after IIDX RED and the acquisition/breakup of BeForU. |
