Birdman Kicked My Ass has to win this tournament, it's simple as that. I don't know if there's one single Björk song I actually like (out of the ten thousand songs she made).

Give Mr. Willis your vote, he would be very happy about it!

Crazy bird wearing lady caught me on her property.
She saw me trespassing her real estate.
She reached in her pocket for a pistol.
She came after me and pistol whipped my behind.

Björk kicked Wesley Willis' ass (Not likely ).

Mitch Hedberg and Wesley Willis have the same delivery

I like Birdman, but only against non decent opposition. I really like Pagan Poetry, it's dreamy and enchanting. I'm not exactly a Bjork fan, but she's got a couple of songs I can enjoy more than once, and Pagan Poetry is a clear favourite.

If that Birdman shit wins this match up, I shall weep for the future of humanity. Was this guy actually in the Kids of Widney High or does he just talk like a retard to support a benefits claim or something?

I've heard some of the guy's stuff through friends, but don't personally know anything about him. Wikipedia lists him as a diagnosed schizophrenic.

Someone nominated Wesley Willis... Casio-tunes, ftw. All of his songs basically feature the exact same chord phrases, structure, etc

That being said, I'll vote for Birdman. It's not as good as "I whooped Batman's ass" but it's a keeper.

Wikipedia lists him as a diagnosed schizophrenic.
Wikipedia also lists him as a diagnosed dead person.

As a solo artist, Willis created more than 50 albums, each with over 20 tracks, full of bizarre, tense, and often obscene rants about crime, fast food, cultural trends, bus routes, violent confrontations with superheroes, commands for his "demons" to engage in bestiality (in The Daddy of Rock 'N' Roll, Willis explained that these songs (e.g. Drink a Camel's Cum, Suck a Cheetah's Dick) would "gross out" the demons enough to leave him alone), and praise for his favorite actors, friends (both platonic and romantic), politicians, and hip-hop and rock artists.

i.e. a legend.

So Rainman likes songs written by people with mental illnesses, who'd have thought it?

Well, if, "You have no taste in music because you voted for the artist who is a crazy person," is the criteria here, it's sort of a catch-22.
Source material always wins.

Odd though he may be, Bowie is not a medically diagnosed mentalist. People listen to Bowie songs, by and large because they're good songs, nice tunes with decent lyrics, that kind of thing. People listen to songs by retards because "Ha ha ha, listen to the retard trying to be on a record. Aren't you glad we drowned our son when he was diagnosed with Aspergers?". I enjoy laughing at mongs as much as anyone but not to the extent I'd back one is a music contest.

Birdman is probably the only "comedy" track i'll support in this whole contest. I'm not a humourless fuck by any means, but the amount of joke noms that were part of this contest got kind of annoying after a while. Oh well, anyway Birdman is an exception for sure - i'm keeping this track! Shame on those who enjoy this track in a "haha, look at the wierdo" sense; all i can say is that's not the case for me.

Shit, Pagan Poetry was one of my early favourites too. I don't know much Bjork, but this i know i like. I like the sound of her voice/accent, and the end comes out of left field in the good way.

I'm gonna toss a vote Birdman's way - look at it as my "SAUS II #1 comedy selection" award. And it won in it's category by miles.
Music is a mysterious thing. Sometimes it makes people remember things they do not expect. Many thoughts, feelings, memories... things almost forgotten... Regardless of whether the listener desires to remember or not.

Wow, that was very moving, I heard something similar coming out of the loudspeakers in the subway today.

Happy to be of service?

I don't really know how to respond to that, 'cause theys don't have these 'subway' contraptions where i hail from.

I am impressed. Pagan Poetry is one of Bjork's best songs. I'm glad it's in this contest.

Overpriced? No. You can buy a foot-long for $5 (US, for you overseas tossers) with a drink here. Overrated? Oh fuck me, you betcha! That $5 foot-long probably contains the manager's semen in the mayo.
