Latest music rips (updated April 11, 2008):

Cold Winter Original Game Music Score - Really cool; dark, full, emotional strings mixed with drums, piano, choir. Kind of like Furious Angels?
Super Off-Road - SNES rock from the Follin bros.

Currently playing: Nothing

Play-Asia - Japanese CDs, game soundtracks, game imports, & more

What else do I listen to?

Sleepwalker - Zoo
Not terrible, but very aptly named.

Terranigma - The Way Home
The sections of Terranigma that I've played had terrific music, but this is something else entirely. I've really fallen in love with it; very ethereal and light but still kind of moving and sad.

Zoo...zoo...oh yeah, that's that eerily hypnotizing albeit tedious 5-minute piece from last round, isn't it? Meh, I'm not really enjoying it as much this time around. Pretty damn bland in parts, somewhat captivating in others..."Zoo" won't get my vote this round but I wouldn't be surprised if I warmed back to it sometime in the near future.

"The Way Home" wins for me here. It has one of the nicest melodies in the contest for sure, and there's a heavenly arrangement to back it up. Some of the progressions are damn emotional as well. ;_; Never played the game, though this piece has made me want to rectify that.

"Zoo" - 6/10
"The Way Home" - 8.5/10

I got more moves than a U-Haul.

Not much of a contest here. Sleepwalker finds a nice little groove, but The Way Home is a pitch-perfect RPG ending theme (and if not, then it should be).
