The MS Paint thread

Its basic, but actually useful utility from time to time. There is no blending tool, no relative selection, no specialized masking tool and no layers. However, it is actually a lot of fun making little drawings on this thing, and I particularly like its tool for making curve lines.

So here is an idea. lets try taking the very basic MS paint, and use it see how far and what type of image it is possible to create from it. How do you approach a limited palate and functionality? Post your attempt and discuss the technique and your experience with this windows stable. :b

Note: Try hosting off site and try post images no larger then 100KB. No bmp please.

Used to take me an hour or three, depending if I had the design/pose and colours set already in my mind.

Nothing in particular, just vague memories of seeing kimonos, their shape and some patterns, trying to add my own.. etc etc ^^;;

I wish I could get more people to participate. This is the lowest common denominator after all. I wonder, if any of people around here do Oekaki or paint chat?

Remember the doll from the opening scene of The Rock?

The unique fragrance and look of emo and boredom - combined in one simple and easy to view png.

You can't run away from yourself.

The phrase "gaping void" was frolicking about in my mind when I made this.

I just made this to mock a friend of mine who had joined the military.

I'm basically very bored. All of those were made with a mouse and mspaint.
I have no talent in art whatsoever - this is the very outter limit of my ability. :3
Is now the Tolkein Red Shirt.

MSPaint, and optic mouse. Sort of a quick concept, kinda unsettling one.
