I simply cannot stand raw tomatoes, I'll tolerate them on my burgers if I can't taste them but otherwise I can't stand their texture. I will however gladly consume products derived from tomatoes like tomato sauce or whatnot. However I have yet to actually try tomato juice, it sometimes looks just like mashed up tomatoes which to me is no different really from just eating it before its smashed.

I like them raw, cooked, tomato sauce (mmmm Italian food). I guess I'm a tomato fan. :P ![]() |

Tomatoes are one of my favorite veggies, and have been since I was I kid. I like them cooked, but prefer them raw, with a little salt sprinkled on (which brings out the flavor). In fact, when I eat salads with tomatoes in them I usually save them for last so I can savor the flavor on their own. Texture has never been an issue for me, as I don't mind the sometimes mushy quality of an over-ripe tomato (which are not good anyway.) Every time I see someone leave their tomato at a restaurant I can't help but be amazed at how they are depriving themselves of something so good.

Tomatoes are poisonous to me. They are technically fruits, and all fruits wreck havoc on my body because I'm allergic to citric acid.
One night I ordered a burger from a local Dennys and specifically asked them not to put tomatoes on it. Of course, I realized that there WERE tomatoes on it after two bites into the burger, and ended up throwing up in the parking lot in a matter of minutes. That was the only time I can remember where I've ever ingested a tomato. I do love ketchup, though. ![]() Observant Provisions | [adult swim] "Dude, this is gonna.. I love cherry tomatoes with a little bit of vinaigrette and salt and pepper. A great snack!
But I'm not completely dependent upon tomatoes. I could go without. Sometimes I'd rather not have tomatoes on hot sandwiches and the like, because they have a tendency to get mushy and gross. =( |

Same with above. Love ketchup, not raw tomatoes.
To me, raw tomatoes taste fishy, and sometimes I can't stand the texture of tomatoes. |

In my old house, my mom use to grow yam leaf and tiny tomato across the street in a community garden. Those tiny tomato are awesome, despite the fact they are grown on dog craps. >.>;;

I very rarely eat tomatoes because I don't care much for the texture, though I usually enjoy tomato sauces. I don't mind the odd diced tomato in most dishes. A lot of people I know will have a hamburger with a slice of tomato and a bunch of ketchup, which is something I don't think I'll ever understand.

I really hate the taste and texture. I hate Italian food like lasagna and spaghetti because I hate tomato sauce. My parents learned not to make me foods with tomatoes because I would not eat it and skip dinner. I accidentally ate a bit of tomato in my burger a few days ago and puked from disgust.

Therefore I conclude:
