I cheer as hell for Italy.
If France play as boring and tired as they did in the game against portugal, Italy's gonna crush 'em.

Double Post:
I cheer as hell for Italy. And if France is planning on playing as tired and boring as they did in the game against Portugal, Italy's gonna crush 'em.
It's gonna be a great game.
France won't come long with their bad-referee-decision-PK-1-goal-then-closing-the-match strategy with Italy's great attacks.

Go, Italy!
War, what is it all about? About who's right, or who's left?

Italy will win the cup, but never count out the other team.
Expect this to be a great match.

I added a poll. Now you can vote who's gonna win the cup

I strongly believe that France will win the cup. Italy reminds me of Germany four years ago. They had extremely easy opponents, except for Germany, maybe, but France has developped quite awesomely and their performance against Portugal was much more impressive than Italys performance against Germany.

As much as I'd like France to win, I think Italy'll take the cup. I think they've been one of the most in-form teams in the cup. Although I can't forget the fact that Italy has had rather easy opponents (save Germany and Australia), like Musharraf said. My prediction: 2-1 Italy; I'd love for it to be the other way around, however.

Italy will still be tired from their last match.

One thing I don't expect from this game, though, is that the authorities of the match are biased to either team. I hope I'm right about that... I *really* hope they don't try to make some guy look good just because this is his last game... *cough* Zizou *cough*

By the way, who will be the referee for the match?

France will win, in spite of the match probably being reffed by Hank Scorpio.

I think that still has to be determined by the FIFA referee's association. The referees from the quarter finals have good chances, I'd say, especially Cantalejo or Elizondo. Please don't let it Merk do again, though =/

Oiii, Merk the Jerk.

What about Mark Shield or the Ivanov chap? Or are they a bit wet behind the ears for something as major as the final?

The game for 3rd is where it's at.

If Italy wins, I call scandal.
"Being a negative twat" Not at all "supporting a counter point in the political palace." Cheers for banning me so I couldn't double check Frank's phone number, we had a great time not catching up in North America. Life has been off the hook, thanks for asking!

If Italy wins they need to give away a lot of money hmmmmm lets see some money for this Cantalejo hijo de puta for the most awesome penalty ever in the ITA-AUS match. Then what about some money for this fag who sent off Mastroeni and Pope in the ITA-USA match? Oh and I guess I forgot dozens of other people but I will edit this post once I remembered them

I'm half French, so I'll be cheering for France. This is Zidane's goodbye trophy, he can't lose this match. He really deserves it.

I agree with niki, it seems that the Italians players don't realize that the Frenchs are playing not only for the World Cup, but also for writing the Zidane legend. This is his last match, i can't simply imagine a defeat.

I predict a French victory, simply because they've been doing so well with the odds stacked against them, while Italy had some easier opponents.

During the France Brazil match it was obvious France wanted to win BAD.

Also, people have been complaining that France played poorly in the last game, but I thought it was completely normal. They had the goal, their job was to play defensive.

Also if you look at the highlights on the FIFA website, Thierry Henry was clearely tripped.

Australia were not one of the harder teams they have played. They played okay in that game but did not take their chances, Australia did not really trouble Italy. Their group games were not that simple eit
