This is my current desktop. On it are the wizards from the Unseen University drawn by Paul Kidby, based on the books by Terry Pratchett. Terry Pratchett is definitely one of my favourite writers and the art that goes with it is perfect for the books

Here's mine. I really like the sort of side-taskbar look to all of my desktops. Recently, I have been actually adding desktop icons, though in the past I had none. I do like to group them all in the left corner, though.

And the background is Cloud, which makes me a loser. =/

StyleXP has a transparent section, where you can change the velocity of your taskbar's transparency.

Also, use imageshack for crying out loud.

I picked the wallpaper first since I thought it looked damn nice, then I found a good VS to match over on DeviantArt, and I'm using one of the substyles and the icon set that came with it. The winamp icon itself, is from the smooth metal set I downloaded yesterday, though.


The text is part of the image and the two squires aren't exactly even.
