Guess this was hard, even with hints. The game is called The Castle. And this is how it's like on the MSX, although without "speed up" for the most part. There is also a sequel, Castle Excellent (Castlequest for the NES), which virtually had the same in-game tune. Great puzzlers, if a bit old-school-tedious at times.

I'm pretty sure that's from Wipeout Fusion as it sounds a lot like Cold Storage but I think Draconis may be right.
