I found a couple of companies that do satellite Internet services in Europe. Not too sure if any of them are actually any good, but I'm sure that someone around here will have had dealings with at least one of these companies and be able to tell you more about them.

I've heard satellite is laggy, hope you don't plan on gaming.

Yeah, satellite suffers from high latency. Since this is due to physical distance and the speed of light, there isn't much that can be done. Unless you somehow find a way to increase the speed of light in vacuum, but then you should just use your Nobel prize money to get a dedicated line.
