Exclamation Bought new motherboard but need help:(

Hey i just bought a A8N-SLI SE motherboard as i want to use pci graphics cards but im stuck on where a few wires go:eyebrow:
heres a video i took with my mobile because i dont have a clue what there for so i cant give much more details.
Theres 2 separate bunches, one is 4 unnamed wires but are colour coded; red green, blue and black. The other bunch is 8 wires; 2 say "VCC", 2 say "g" and the other 4 say port + and port - (hope that means something to anyone:biggrin: )
help would be great

EDIT cant post video..not enough posts

It should be in the manual packaged with the MB, I put one together just yesterday and surprisingly Gigabyte mislabeled a few of the wires (LEDs) so trial and error. :juggler:

I have thoroughly checked the manual..It won't even power up! Im wondering if its the power supply. Can you buy different types of power units?

heres the video of the wires i dont know where to go: hxxp://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a165/mgsfreak/?action=view&current=05082006002.flv
but that probably has nothing to do with it not powering up does it?

Just a USB connection. Ignore it for now.

By the face that it won't turn on, the other wires are apparently your power button and reset button jumpers. Connect them appropriately.

thanks man thats good to know

According to the manual i have plugged the power and hdd ect leads in the right place but still no power... i pluged the power unit into the 4-pin ATX12V power connector but this motherboard has 24 pin connector block and my power unit only uses a 20 connecter. It still slots in from the top but could that be why it wont boot up?
