Something to cut mp3s?

I have this 230 meg audiobook thats like 11 hours long. Can anyone help me split itinto chapters or smaller files?

MP3DirectCut, should work without needing any reencoding of the original file.

I also use mp3directcut (freeware), and it has a pretty straight forward interface so it should be easy to use if your not used to this kind of stuff.
