Can I run The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on my PC?

Could someone answer if I would be able to play
"The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" on my computer?
(Lately I've gotten tired of all the problems with WoW)

(This is what it says when I right click My Computer)
OS: WinXP Professional (SP3)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+
2,29 GHz, 2,75 GB RAM

Video memory: 256MB (I'm unsure of this, I used the program "Acer Empovering Technology" to see this)
CD/DVD: ATAPI DVD A DH16A3S
Video: ATI Radeon X1250
Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio
DirectX: 9.0c

Any other info needed, let me know and I'll try to find it.
Thank you in advance.

Cheers.

I've had it running on lower specs in the past. It should be fine on medium to high settings.

Ciao.

Thank you very much for the fast reply!

Additional Spam:
I can't find the game anywhere! (If I'm going to do it the 'official' way)
Checked stores in town, checked Swedish auction and online stores, none has it. (But they have the expansion).

Cheers.

Are you planning on modding it at all? I ask as I have a list of mods that you might find interesting/useful if you do plan on adding some mods to it.

Cheers.

Oh, yeah, should have mentioned - there are a few performance-enhancing mods you should get if you're playing on a relatively low-spec machine. Here's a list. I've used Streamline to great success.

Ciao.
