Spyware problem

So I seem to be having a problem with Spyware, as seen in the picture I keep on getting messages that pop up every few seconds to every few minutes. I'm almost sure its a spyware problem.

Thing is though is that I've used Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware, RegCleaner and I few other free ones I've downloaded but none of them seem to be helping. Have you guys got any ideas?

Cheers.

You need to go in to control panel--->administrative Tools----> services--->messenger--->switch to disable and click on stop.

Ciao.
