Maleware in the form of spyware:
--Spybot Search & Destroy
--Ad-Aware
--Windows Defender

Viruses:
--AVG Free
--Clam AV (and ClamWin)

Other things worth mentioning:
--Boot Windows into safe mode when using these tools
--Use these tools on your HDD from another, malware free Windows install (recommended)
