So here is an article about the end-of-wrestlemania events. I won't paraphrase this one because I basically have already had what the article said in a previous post:
Fireworks injure dozens at Wrestlemania - Yahoo! News Not the way to end their biggest eventof the year. |

As was stated, Taker and McMahon came to the ring after the show ended.
Here is a link that shows what happened afterwards: Bigupload.com - Ric Flair Raw Tribute After Raw Went Off The Air It is really amazing that his career is finally over AND the WWE let him go out on a good note. Save for Trish Stratus, how many feel-good moments have they gave with wrestlers who have contributed so much? I still think back to when I saw him in 94, and thought that his career was over (he had that career Vs career with Hogan and lost). Of course he came back, which I was happy for as they showed a video of his career up to that point and I felt I was missing out. I'm glad that I was able to see roughly the latter half of his career. Ultimately, I forsee Flair coming on occasionly for T.V. appearances. I don't forsee him becoming the GM again, a manager, or an announcer. Then again, this will truly be a test for Flair because this is truly the first time he will be gone from wrestling. Yes, he was gone for a few months last year to sort things out, and yes his last few months have been mainly T.V. appearances, and yes he has been out up to a year with previous injuries (albeit it was when he was much younger and had more 'energy' that made it hard for him to just sit around), but this will be the first time that he is truly away from it. I do forsee the possibility of him coming back for one match. If he does, it will be Mania 25. Dunno who'd he face. Maybe Michaels in a rematch if Michaels did a heel turn (unlikely, I forsee Batista doing so). Maybe Triple H as Trips was the other guy Flair would have liked to have ended his career with. Sorta a way for him to do both. And that would be good for Trips as it would show that he is letting the future talent step up as he steps aside from the Mania main event which he has been apart of for the last several years since Mania 20 (excluding last years due to his injury). |

I think Flair stated in an interview that hes going to be in more of a company role doing PR or something like that.

And yes, you're think of a Clash. It was actually a win for Steamboat after 54 minutes and the controversy (both men's shoulders were down) led to Flair winning the belt back at the next PPV. Maybe you're think of the 45 |
