I think this is all Stephanie and Shanes doing and not so much Vince.
Haha, MPV is awesome based on that. I'll have to keep an eye out for him.

And Kostaki, as usual, McMahon just wants to completely destroy all credibility for something he's defeated. Even if it was years ago.
I don't like the guy all the much truthfully, but he can backup a lot of the trash he talks. The only man I know that could go toe to toe with Christ Benoit in pure mat wrestling was Dean Malenko. That is until this guy came around.

I really haven't watched it for two years save for an occasional match. The last thing I saw was HBK superkicking Hogan. It isn't too bad though, actually kinda nice because I don't have to sit through the angles they are setting up, wrestlers they are burying, etc.

I stopped watching the fourth part of Raw because I didn't want to watch the 2 on 3 handicap match. There was no point...I really hope there's some new rivalries after One Night Stand, but the ladder match should be more than enough for me to look forward to.

See, for me the intercontinental title is gone...so is the WWE championship.

I mean seriously...the Great Khali holding the title? All I've seen him do is big boot, chop, headchop and stand on the guy. They should put Cena in a rivalry with someone like Cor Von or something. I seriously think Cor Von would have better success on Raw or SD! than Tuesday night Heat...I mean ECW.

I've been turning the TV off early on Raw lately, myself. It's getting to be where it's starting to feel like a chore to watch it all the way through.

Another Draft seems interesting though. Benoit will probably end up on Raw as a result, which puts another face (other than Cena's psuedo-face) on Raw since Shawn's out. Although I think it's all becoming moot as it looks as if the Brand split is coming to a close.

Benoit on Raw would be awesome, because even though he tapped to that lame ass STFU, Benoit could probably be the one to bring Cena down and then we could have a champion that is likeable.

Is it possible that there won't be a WWE one day? There was a time when I would have told you I'd never stop watching... But it just sorta happened and I keep up through this thread alone. =/

Haha, Great Khali sounds like your classic generic monster sized wrestler. And his physique is fucking strange.

I'd say Great Khali is about as big as Giant Gonzalez while Big Show is much closer to Andre.

It's possible that there won't be a WWE one day. I don't think Shane or HHH could carry it after Vince is retired. The problem is finding superstars that are appealing for the next generation. For those of us who were born in the 80s we were lucky to have people like Hulk Hogan, Macho Man, Ultimate Warrior, Ric Flair. In fact, I still look to the older wrestlers because they were just so awesome...maybe it's just when WWF became WWE that everything started to suck. Doesn't matter, because unlike video gaming I don't see myself watching wrestling in the far off future, except for reruns.

I remember when the WWE(F) was predicted to go out of business in 96/97. It was crazy, as things were going downhill for them, and it just seemed so likely that the company would fold. As it were, five years later, WWE/F had already beaten and bought WCW AND ECW.

I can see it. Especially with certain people having certain jobs *cough*Stephanie*cough* that could ruin someone's potential. Unless something drastic happens (another Rock or Stone Cold is made) then it probably will go down the drain since Shane won't have control of it, but rather Triple H and Steph will when Vince retires/dies. (Hell, they practically control it now)

Hell, Professional wrestling may be near its end in general.

Hmm, I understand what you're saying. The IC title was slapped on someone who doesn't even perform very much. WWE as of now is lacking interesting champions. Thus I side with Trevor Murdoch on the draft. Batista is pretty much old news and his obession with being champion is killing his appeal rather he knows it or not. Then you have
VINCENT KENNEDY MACK MAHON as the ECW champion. It feels like this is nothing but a game to the Mcmahon family.

I've said a lot and I'll say it again. Poor Umaga. I don't like how wrestlers with talent are being held back and used as tools. In Khali's defense, go back to Big Shows(then the Giant) arrival to WCW. That's pretty much all he did too and he was the champion. But he was entertaining. Perhaps it's Khali's inability to speak english that makes him unappealing.

(wild rambling my bad :s)

And I don't even watch RAW. wwe.com and the occasional PPV webcast is the only ways I keep up.

What about Kane? I mean, I know he speaks English but back when he was first appearing he didn't even speak.

He was appealing though. His character, the "origin," the shit he'd do. Back when that sort of thing didn't seem quite as stupid.

That's the appeal that has been lost. No time or thought goes into a character anymore. Back in the Attitude era when they'd introduce people like Kane, was what made me watch it. Now it's like "BIG D00D = MAIN EVENT!!!111" I bet that a true fan could come up with a concept for a wrestler and storyline better than some of these high paid "professional writers". The compassion is gone, sadly.

The difference between Khali and Kane

Khali - GAAAHHH BOOO GAHHHHH!!! CCCHEEEEEEEEENNNNNAAHHHHHH!! JOOOOOOOOGGHHH NNOTTTTTTTTT BEEAAATTTTTT GHEEEEEE GRRAATTTTT KHALI!!!!!
Translation -- Grrr, Cena, you didn't beat the great Khali blah blah blah

Kane - Comes out like a Machine and just kicks ass and takes names later.

Moves

Khali - Chop, Boot, Chop Chop, chokebomb, foot on chest

Kane - throat thrust, top rope clothesline, tombstone, chokeslam, lots of big boot moves, sidewalk slam, punch, kick you get the idea.

Probably the last character I think they put alot of thought into was Kevin Thorn...that was until they canned Gangrel and Shelly
This is where the fun begins.

LMAO. When I first saw Edge in the crowd when he was kinda just watching Gangrel matches I was thinking "Gangrel's a vampire. This Edge guy must be pissed that Gangrel turned his girlfriend into a vampire and wants revenge." TOO BAD IM NOT A WRITER FOR WWE.

Concerning the Big Show in WCW...yes, he was limited, but not nearly as limited as Khali. Show actually could do some fairly athletic stuff at times including drop kicks. Of course, he put on a great deal of weight (and obtained several injuries) that grounded any aerial moves he had.
This is where the fun begins.
