I've always liked Foxtrot... this just adds even more respect. I wonder how old the guy is? He must have kids because I see a lot of comics try to relate to kids current live and fail miserably, but like 20 years or more, but this guy is always right on. You know he was somehow involved with picking up a SSBB (or at least trying to) this weekend.

Yeha, I've always liked how well he could always be able to blend in something that "hot and new" (but almost at the same time, just "nerd stuff") into his comics, when appropriate. Like the whole Eye of Sauron christmas tree ornament one a while back where Jason wanted to put it as the Christmas Star on top of the tree.

This one though is almost so full of truth its not even funny. :P

LoL... Poor dagget didn't reserve his copy soon enough. I work at GameCrazy, and we have a stack in the back of the store that we aren't selling except to employees and friends who didn't preorder ! If anyone is having trouble finding it, there might be some left, PM me.

Although a cute comic strip there, there are other titles that better suit the pun.

(Duke Nukem Forever, Spore)

Wikipeida says the man is in his 40's and has two kids. He's a World or Warcraft player too, but refuses to reveal his user name.

From what i understand about the man, he's very in tune with pop culture. Due to all of the star wars references in his strips, George Lucas and he have become friends. Apparently he was invited to all the premier screenings of the original trilogy. I've read almost the entire catalogue of his work and he's maintained a very level headed grip on the pop culture world around him.

It's too bad he recently went into semi-retirement. Sunday strips only now.
