Charging back into the fray, Motsognir harasses the elf into a more reasonable attitude.
Bob 23/4 7 damage to Zombie H Argumentus charges north as far as he is reasonably able. Brigid takes a swing at the wight and misses. The dwarf sighed and headed back the way he'd came. Only after taking the severed hand and placing it on the remnants of its own ass. That'd show it. Anyway, back up north he went, bracing himself for the worst.

The shorter of the dwarves had shouted something at me as he rejoined the fray. I couldn't understand a word of it of course but it certainly made me feel much better. Sadly, I was still rooted to the spot and unable to take up a more tactical position, behind someone else.
I was temted to blast the distant group of zombies in order to hopefully finish them off but unable to move as I was, slowing the closer group seemed a much more sensible option so, looking the wight in what might once have been it's eyes, I gathered my will and immolated him with a pillar of flame an angry dragon would have been proud of. The sight of zombies being lit on fire for the fourth consecutive time is difficult to describe. It beggars description, truly. I assure you that it's very impressive.
10 damage to wight, Zombies F, H & J All excepting H bloodied Mobility restored The zombies continue meandering forward, as zombies do. Zombie D wanders over and gives Bob a smack upside the head. 8 damage; Bob 15/4 Zombie F hands out a beating to Motsognir. 12 damage; Motsognir 4/8 (bloodied) Zombie G swings at Argumentus and Zombie H tries to finish off Motsognir, but they both miss. The wight looks around in confusion, brushing ash from its face. "You bastards, what have you done with Jenkins?" He tries to send Motsognir flying, but the dwarf manages to brace himself. Sweet Yogsothoth, that was too close. You'll be out of it after another brush like that, Soggy, Motsognir thought to himself. Just remember what the shrink told you. You can do it. You can do it. You can do it. "I CAN DO IT!" he shouted, hopefully confusing the deadites surrounding him.

Argumentus' hammer tears through the zombies like wet paper, reducing everything above their waists to so much dust. Decayed giblets spatter down in a refreshing drizzle.

The dwarf felt his courage bolstered, even if from a great distance. He'd already felled one wight, and now it was time for another. He sprinted upwards and then feinted to his left before suddenly launching his tiny body towards the right. Screaming like a banshee, he flew at the creature with all the force of Kord's own fist, his axe descending in a vicious arc.
Up three spaces, diagonal up two spaces to draw parallel with the wight. Try out that thar Radiant Smite Get eaten by zombies for my trouble. |

Gabriel roars in fury, and his axe ignites with the holy fire of Kord himself. The wight screams in agony as Kord's rage burns it down to ash.

Watching his 'lil buddy crumple to the floor caused Argumentus to grow angry. ANGRY WITH RAGE!

Roaring furiously, Argumentus wades into the melee. He smacks aside a zombie without hesitation, and smashes another. Their silly weapons cannot harm him.
Argumentus gains 12 temporary HP 14 damage to Zombie I, destroying it 10 damage to Zombie H Brigid, Gabriel, Bob, Zombies, Motsognir, Argumentus
