Welcome to Gamingforce's first Pokemon tournament!
This thread is only for the discussion of anything relating to this event. So if you have a question about what kind of team you should use please bring it to this thread. Got it? Good!

Rules *read me*:

- Entry info: To enter, private message the tournament coordinator (Kairyu) the 9 pokemon you wish to use for the tournament. Also, be sure to include movesets from your roster. This is to ensure everyone will keep to their pokemon and current movesets.

- 6 on 6 OR 3 on 3 single battle @ lv.100 <-preset

- Matches will be done in best two out of three. Each win equals a point to your score. A loss is of course zero points. Message me the results or post about it in this thread, include any other details if you like!

- In between each battle you may switch out your team and/or your hold items. Try not to take too long.

- The following pokemon are banned from this tournament:

- Sleep Clause: At any one time only one pokemon on your opponent's team can be put to sleep by you.

- Enigma Berry Clause: Do not use that hold item!
As you might have of guessed this tournament will be played out Round Robin style. Meaning every player will challenge everyone else on the roster at least once. Winners will be determined by point totals. Ties from the point totals will probably be settled through a sudden death 6 on 6 single battle. If that happens!

Now this tournament will probably take a few weeks days to a week to accomplish as I expect a lot of us have real life things to take care of. So I divided the round robin layout into brackets. If we have a even number of players in this tournament we can ensure everyone will be playing in every round. *Example of a bracket layout*
With that in mind I hope to post results and future brackets every 3 days or so. If we're faster than this then I'll pick up the pace, simple. If you know a better way to handle this or want to help with this section, I'm all ears!

Player's teams/movesets will be posted by noon sunday or whenever I receive that info from all the players.

The point system will still be even for everyone. The only down side now is that each of us will not get to play in every round.
I would expect more ties so if anything the top 3 (maybe 4) will have a single elimination match after the round robin.

I didn't think Chaotic had Macho Braces on his Pokemon at the time. Mine are on the Jolly side, so I thought mine went first naturally, anyway. I'm up for a rematch if Chaotic is though!
