[PC] World of Warcraft GFF Community Guild - Aperture Science

This thread is to further make aware that some of the Gamingforce community are starting a guild for Gamingforce folks. The reason is that while we realize a lot of folks on GFF play World of Warcraft, the community is split up across many different servers. This is our effort to get a large group of Gamingforce members onto one server, one guild, to have fun, and of course PWNING NUBS!

I know you probably have characters on other servers, but this is a chance to get everyone together to play on one server. I myself have a 70 and a 60 on two separate servers, but I'm starting again for the chance to play with forum members. Even if you don't plan on playing all the time, stop by, say hi, play a while.

(We wish to keep this thread separate from the other WoW thread as it has gotten too large. This thread is for GFF guild discussion while the other thread is for WoW game discussion.)

This is a great idea. I've been wondering which PvP server to join since I have access to a retail account now, but haven't found a group of people I'd like to play with. Until now. Awesome.

Isn't Dark Iron the server with Penny Arcade on it as Alliance?

I may have rolled an alliance noob on there a year ago or so, but I'll prolly delete him to get in on this.

Horde actually has decent progression on Dark Iron, meaning, of course, that the server is nowhere near dead.
AH prices are extremely awesome if you're starting out and plan on selling everything.
I started out two days ago and already have 40g, (And am also level 20) by just selling what I've picked up (meaning I haven't even sold profession stuff).
i can haz acer?!

Can you advise what class they play so those of us wanting to be useful while participating can get a chance at doing something different / interesting??

Of course it's not dead, it's the PVP/Penny Arcade server. Are you guys nuts?

APERTURE SCIENCE.
Also
In-game persons to contact for invite:
Kurado (Aerisdies, Phantoma, Philosoma) (Main: Mage)
Benjamin (Hefty, Malebox) (Main: Shaman)
SuperNova (Reynova, Altanova) (Main: Holy Pally)
Devoxycontin (Devoxy) (Main: Hunter)
Zeal (Zmode) (Main: Prot Pally)
JT (lol i forgot) (Main: Druid)

It would really help if someone made a warrior, but anything is fine right now.

Well, I've gotten EXTREMELY bored with my 70 hunter on Ursin, so I'll roll with the punches and make a warrior...haven't had one in a long time.

The name is KawBehl

I will keep a guild roster in the top post so everyone knows. Perhaps I'll try to keep up with levels, but I got a feeling as it goes on and more people join, it'll get a little ambitious to keep up.

Damn, why'd you guys have to pick horde? I would have transfered my Alliance characters over to join the guild. Oh well, I made a Blood Elf Priest named Aigis, I'll be sending someone a tell soon.

Having just built a new computer, I'm considering reactivating my account. I am sure Moonfire spam is as fun as it used to be.

Horde is superior due to smaller numbers.
Also, because blizzard themselves did an inventory of faction ages.
Average age of alliance is 17.
Average age of horde is 23.
Which would you pick? =p

Aside from their unique racial abilities and passive skills, the classes available to certain races makes me hate Horde more than dying by them. I never understood where in the storyline that Taurens learned how to be Druids. Sure they live on the same continent as the Night Elves, but come on.... Is Blizzard saying that Taurens do not have enough magic potential to be mages, but just enough to be Druids?

Overpowered Tauren Restoration Druids = win.

...They're one of the closest races to the Azeroth, according to LONG-time established lore.
A quick note, you obviously aren't a big enough nerd to even play WoW.
Mana user != to every other mana using class.

Yeah, the Tauren were taught druidism by Cenarius long before the Night Elves knew him, perhaps even before Night Elf civilization. :nerd:

Anyways, I've been thinking about playing again. If and when I do, I'll at least make a character on Dark Iron, if not transfer my lvl 70 "Overpowered Tauren Restoration Druid" over. Nothing left for me on the server he's on, anyways.

And on that note, Tauren warriors = amazing.

I'm so intrigued on joining your guild, if only kostaki and dagget would transfer that would have been fun, aye?

That would actually be very fun. I prefer the whole "more than two people on at once" type of socializing in wow :P
