I signed up for XBOX Live yesterday. Right now I have the Silver account. I got a one month free Gold account, but I'm going to let that expire in a month and stick with the Silver account for a while.

So I got a 360 the other day. I dug out Halo 2 from a pile of games I never play, and tried to get it online, however, i'm having trouble.
After I pick my profile, it asks me to sign in to Live, so I pick my Live account, and after a logging in screen, it tells me I have a message from Live which I need to read and that I have to go to the dashboard. The options are go to the dashboard or continue offline. But there isn't anything on the dashboard other than standard Live settings, so I exit this, it reloads the game, and if I log in to Live through the game, same thing happens. Same with trying to get onto Live from the games menu. Any ideas?  Welcome to Silent Hill

I bought a 360 a couple days ago, along with Gears of War. Thoroughly enjoying it so far!
My gamertag is identical to my screenname: surasshu. Feel free to add me, although I have a mere silver account and thus can't play online.  I only have Gears of War and a few Live Arcade titles so far, but I'm very tempted by Viva Pinata. My 360 needs more cute and fluffy, that's for sure. |

Kameo easily, if you are fan of adventure games like Banjo and Zelda. And condemned. AAA games, and I think they are cheap now.

Yeah, I plan on buying that, though figured I might look for the game at Hollywood Video for rent, or at the very least a demo on XBOX Live. More interested in Ridge Racer 6 and possibly the latest Tomb Raider currently...
