I just had a question about Xbox Live accounts. My brother and I just bought an Xbox 360 the other day so we're still getting the hang of the games and xbox live in general. We each have separate gamer tags, and so if we want to upgrade to gold, is it going to be the cost per gamertag? Or is it one cost per xbox? If it is per gamer tag, then is there still a way I can use my tag under his name or something?

Sorry if the question's kinda confusing, but then I'm also a little confused ^^

There's nothing you can do other then to buy a subscription of XBL Gold for your account too. It's one account per a tag, and to change the tag is like 800MS Points each time you change it. So either A) You have to use his account or B) Get the service for your account too.

How should I put up my information? I don't know how long I'm actually going to play on a Gold account, but for now I have GOLD.

Should I just submit my gamercard? I would like to play Halo 3 beta with a couple of you guys, it'd be cool.

Yeah I'll be getting gold again come june. Just a little tight on cash after buying that HDTV in March. Also buying Odin Sphere and War Tech: Senko no Ronde didn't exactly help my recooperation of green in the wallet.

PS. I have Condemned already, I'll probably get Oblivion a little later.

I actually just recently picked up a 360. I got peer pressured into it, so now I'm financially scraping. But I have a few games NHL 2K7 is my most played though. You can add me if you ever want to get schooled in the game of hockey.

I never got around to signing up to this thread since I bought my 360 a month ago. I've just got Gears and Viva Pinata and some arcade games right now, although I'm planning to buy more stuff soon.

The games I pretty much play online are Gears of War, and Crackdown. On Gears, I'm still working on Is It A Spider? but I'm going well over 100 tags now because I hit 100 yesterday and it still didn't unlock. So I'm gonna keep plugging along until I unlock it. I'm not too happy about it. My gamertag is in my sig. Also, if you send me a FR, tell me that you saw me on here or something because when I usually get FRs, I don't remember seeing the GT anywhere.

Kind of staying away from the retail games seeing how many people say the console seems to scratch the discs after a decent amount of use, regardless of how well one takes care of the media. Guess I'll stick with rentals until this issue is resolved...
