Video Editing

Hello guys, what's a good video editing tool? For DVD files that is, not for avi and such. I used IFOedit and VOBedit to combine 3 DVDs together since each of them were only 50min each, but there are a lot of junk segments (home videos) on there that I want to cut out. Thanks!

Go to toptenreviews.com and it says CyberLink PowerDirector is the best DVD Making/Editing Software and I have yet to test it coz my download is at 68 percent on my 56k.
