Question "Cyber OS"?

I was looking at windows apps in torrent reactor, and I found something called "Cyber OS"...

do someone knows what that is?
Take about five dozen eggs...

You might be mistaken. I know it's definitely not at all a popular Operating System, if any, and doesn't appear to be a known Windows Application.

Can't find anything on google but it sounds like it could be a remote management program or virtual machine maybe?..

I would probably lean towards themed windows OS. Might be interesting to try a cybe theme. Sometimes XP can be boring.
