Can't move Icons o.O

I am running Windows XP, and I am having a problem. I can't move any icons or drag my icons in to another folder. But I can drag this to recycling bin. Any help? (Yes, my PC is clean.)

Are these shortcuts you speak of or files (or both)?

Hi!

Icons as in shortcuts are you meaning? Or actual physical files? I've never heard of this myself but what can I say... nothing's perfect and your using a damn good example of that saying! :P

I think that's only when you start a thread to not allow any posting to it... eventually the thread goes into the deep dungeons of page 128 so I wouldn't worry too much about it! XD
