right click > refresh desktop script?

Hey guys, Im using windows XP, can anyone help me or tell me how to create a shortcut link (or a vbs script) that I can put on my startmenu's startup folder so it will automatically perform the manual RIGHT CLICK ON DESKTOP > REFRESH action upon logging in to Windows?

BTW, i need this because I am using a shell replacement (Aston Aston Desktop. Program for desktop, virtual desktop, shell replacement, themes, wallpapers, skins, visual styles) and I need this because I use an autowallpaper changer that runs at startup but I manually have to do a right click recycle (aston's equivalent to explorer's refresh) to see the new wallpaper. :P

Download AutoIt, and make a script that presses the F5 key. The script can then be compiled into an exe, and you can put it in your startup folder.
