Data recovery software (for Memory Stick)

Yeah, I used to have a piece of software that worked for this purpose ages ago, it worked very nice but I forgot its name.

Can anyone recommend me a good freeware or a cracked version of a data recovery program?

Thanks a lot, I'll use it mainly for a memory stick pro duo.

This software requires you to back up the partition that you are using the program on... I know that VirtualLab does not require you to do that. Is there a free or cracked porgram I can use that does not require me to back up the partition it is trying to recovery deleted files on? I cannot backup the partition I am trying to recovery deleted files on because it is too big and I have no medium even close to the capacity to back it up.
