Burning Dreamcast Games

I'm trying to burn some Dreamcast games, but the CDs I have aren't big enough. Do they make CD-Rs bigger than 700 MB? The files I have are 720 to around 800 MB. If not, is there some way to compress the files, or will DVD-Rs work?

Cows won't do.
