RM / RMVB video converter
As stated, what's a very good RM / RMVB video converter to VCD? I tried WinAVI but I had several problems on sound and/or subtitle synchronization.
If possible, the program must have a wide variety of settings such as adjusting video resolution, video quality, etc. WinAVI's VCD options are quite limited.  |
