Video compression.......

I shot a 3 minute video using my digital camera, and I wanna put it up on youtube, but the file is 90mb! It's also in quicktime format.....

Anyone know how i can compress this down to be download-friendly?

Aren't files you upload to YouTube converted automatically to flash video format? Or do you actually mean upload-friendly instead of download-friendly?
