Setting Default File name in Excel 2007

Hey, I was wondering if anybody knew how to do the following. I've set up a cash report for the company that I'm working for, and have it set up as a template, but I would like to be able to set it up so that when they open up the template, the new document would be named February 11 2009.xlsx or something like that.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
