This makes my head ache. I will pay you $20 to never do this again, mkay?

That's a good question! Unfortunately I don't have a good answer, as I have a really bad track record of picking guys who are extremely "confident" only to find out later that they are, in fact, vain monkey wannabes.

Keep it very casual. I don't suggest doing something elaborate in order to ask her, and sometimes being simple is best. If you happen to be talking about prom with her and a group of other people, that may be a good opportunity to ask her, especially if the conversation focuses on who everyone is going with.

Wow, if asking someone to go to something as silly as prom is giving you this much trouble, I'd hate to see how you'd deal with asking someone to marry you, if such a thing should occur.

Also, just be casual about it. Act like it doesn't even really matter to you what she says. (I say act because apparently it does.)

Wow, I thought girls liked pleasant surprises <_<

What I was thinking of doing for prom this year...(sorry if I digress from your initial post buddy T-T)

I was thinking of making her something...using this talking doll thing (the teddy bear factory couldn't make me this so I had to find one) of a purple bone...then I bought 2 pomeranian dolls in which I will dress them up in outfits... then ask her out by using my voice recording from the talking doll thing.
(Using a pomeranian because she liked my stupid pomeranian <_<)
Was thinking of surprising her by putting a note or something under her bed as well...(I still have to tie everything together but I barely have time gaaah!)

o.O Dude. That'd be okay for like, Valentine's Day or something, but it's just prom. I don't know about the girl in question, but if I were a girl, I'd be creeped out if someone took the time to make a talking teddy bear or left a note UNDER MY BED just to ask me to prom.

If you place a note under the bed, for the time she notices there is a note, it may have expired. If you feel like playing with her, make a note-with-hint-to-the-next-note chain which finally leads to the message, present, or whatever.

Heh, were you doing a deliberate attempt to encounter the same stone again and again? :lolsign:

Depends on the girl eh? Girls who like surprises, and girls who just like to keep it simple. Gotcha.

Whatever you do, don't make a huge deal over asking her. She'll think you're creepy if you do.
That sounds great. I think I should do that. Dude, AliceNWondrland...thank you.

If she's anything like Alice, just say: "Ok, we both know what you want, so let's say I drop my pants and I'll let you at it ... But if you refuse, I won't let you go to the prom with me."

You're confident she wants to suck your cock, PLUS an added bonus for her!

The easiest method is to just go, "Do you want to go to prom with me?" But first make sure that she hasn't been asked already. Last line you want to hear is, "I've already got a date, sorry."

Dude, be more discrete: the more the emphasis you put, the bigger the fall if somewhat goes wrong.

Dont be afraid of asking her cause if she knows you alot and thinks your a nice guy, she'll mostly say yes. To improve the chances, bring chocolate and flowers to her at school during lunch and finally say if you want to go out with her. Don't show any hesitation cause it might be your downfall. Make sure to pay for anything during PROM no matter what.

Hahah I realized...don't be TOO ELABORATE (my goodness that concept bashed me on the head yesterday). If one thing goes wrong, it usually screws the whole thing up like my initial plan to ask my date. Hence I rethought my entire plan (no talking dolls...hahaha). Since my school is so...small (my class is 67 students) I was thinking to have my group of friends (10 people) all give her a rose with a note attached concerning their fondest/amusing memories of her; then the last will be mine in which I state that I want to spend the last of my high school memories with her at Prom. Then ask her out to prom verbally. This was a lot more simplier than my initial plan so I am rather relieved since my initial plan...was literally squashed.
So try something simple, not too profound for it is the "thought" that counts, not the physical goods or money spent <_<.

Wonder how my plan will turn out >_>, I am going to carry it out this friday...hope it is appropiate
