Smel. The Christmas tree isn't christian, it's pagan. So I agree. Stupid of them to chase it out as a christian symbol. Also, the first laws waaaaaay predate the ten commandments, mate.

Oh, you're so right, if they would've had Jesus they would've been just fine.
Wasn't your point that without religion the world would be a better place?

(I also think you completely misplaced where my allegiances lie.)

Oh, right. Whatever pisses off your Mom and Dad, I expect. THEY CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT TO DO ANYMORE
Actually, I was raised with a choice to believe in whatever I wanted.
I'll just stay behind you, okay?

My parents raised me with the choice of eating brussels sprout or yams for Christmas, but that still didn't stop me from being an edgy motherfucker.
You gotta stop that shit, Zoey!

Your parents gave you free reign at character creation and you picked "Tedious Douchebag"?

You need to re-roll that shit.

Easy there killer, I never said anything harmful to you. If you have some thoughtful input, then go ahead, but that post was completely unnecessary.

Dude, it's easy to ask for thoughtful input, but you're not really reciprocating is all anyone's saying.

You are an empty cafe that has closed down twenty years ago and never was bought. Eventually, you were bulldozed to make the property you stood on seem more attractive, but even that land has yet to be sold.

Your gravel driveway is choked with weeds that are cut down only three or four times a year.

Wow, that's just beautiful. What the heck does this have to do with anything?

I don't appreciate your rudeness. It's offensive and frankly unbecoming to someone who posts Thoughtful Input on Great Matters.

Ok then, do you want me to clean up my hurtful language? And sorry if I offended you, I was just inquiring as to why you posted some sort of poem about a cafe or something.

It's not the language, fucknut. It's the ideas behind it. I think you have a hard time conceptually understanding things that aren't spread-eagle for you.

You are a religious tract done up to look like a folded $5 bill. Small children throw you on the ground in disgust, and the trash men never remember to pick you up when they're taking everyone else's trash away.

You're a car alarm on a 12 year old Honda Civic, driven by a college student that hasn't vaccuumed out your upholstry since he bought you. $2000, sitting on someone's lawn. It was obvious you haven't moved from your spot in some time, the grass was six inches long under you.

The struts will need replacing soon. I don't know how that kid is going to afford it.

Perhaps, GameInfarcer, this would be an excellent time for you to just shut your trap and get the hell out of this thread.

What do you have against me Styphon?

The world would be a better place without religion. Just because Communist Russia wasn't the greatest place in the world does not mean that the world would be just like that.

No, thats wrong. Religion doesn't kill people, people kill people. Pretty soon we're gonna see fanatical atheists running around burning down churches because they think the world is better off without them. Seriously dude, you seem rather narrow minded. I'm open to the fact that perhaps there is no God. Are you even remotely open to the fact that there might actually be one?

Religion has been a blight on humanity since the very beginning, it should've died out long ago. And yes, since you can't disprove anything, I am very remotely open to the existence of a god. Although I'm just as open to the flying spaghetti monster being that god
