Oh. The later quotes had you as GRUN-3 so I must have missed that. You're still an unrecognizable old coot. I bet if you posted nudies in your journal everyone would know you.

Quote:
It opens with a young grey haired, red eyed man in black sitting on a throne looking like his dog just died. It lingers on his depressed state for some quite time before he stands up and walks outside. At the entrance are some fallen guards and at the base of the stairs there is a large group of men wearing knight style armour but holding guns. The young man slowly descends the stairs in no rush and all the men open fire on him. The bullets that miss hit the stairs but the bullets that hit seem to be hitting some sort of barrier or forcefield in front of the man. As more bullets hit this forcefield you notice its actually the outlines of swords that the bullets seem to be striking.
Gamespot preview also points out this:

Quote:
He emerged onto a staircase that was riddled with the corpses of what seemed to be uniformed guards. The camera then shifted to behind the mysterious man, showing the square in front of the building, and it was filled entirely with black-clad troops--who interestingly enough seemed to be dressed the same as the corpses. Perhaps some kind of power struggle is being hinted at.

What I don't like is the possible name of the character for FFXIII, "Lightning".

lol: Falgua? It sounds like the name of a town, not a person.

For name suggestions: How about something like "Tesla" as in Telsa Coils? XD
or (since I mentioned French up above), how about éclair? French for Lightning, and a name that HAS been used as a girl's name before (in an anime series called Kiddy Grade).
Hmm, as a frenchman, hehe, sorry but Éclair sounds like really dumb as a name, but I certainly understand that it might sounds “kinda cool” to Americans though… like Italian and Romanian stuff sound to us...

IMO, if you have to call her in French, call her Claire (tout court), Sabrina, Nicole, Isabelle or even Julie, or if you have really no choice… call her France.

About that FF V XIII trailer, it seems very teasing and interesting, we got to get our hands on the trailer guys, now I’m intrigued…

I never considered that part. Claire would be alright, but there's already a Claire (Resident Evil), and Julia was Laguna's uh... Crush (I forgot if they actually got together or not) from FFVIII.

Isabelle or Sabrina would be fine with me. I wish they would reveal a name soon sop that we can stop discussing this

You'd better hope that if they name her Sabrina, she's at least 20 years old.

Looks like Kotobukiya is making FF13 figures as well, their Play Arts line must be doing really well or something. Here's a prototype of FF13's heroine, lookin' pretty good.

Already eh? FFXIII merchandise moving at light speed. And I've yet to see a completed version of the Kotobukiya merch for FFXII. What's interesting is the VIII figures were released a short while ago.

Haha, yea the merchandise is moving right along. Also saw the FF8 figs at some Japanese sites. Here are some pics of Squall and Selphie (whose dress is removable, heh). Still waiting for Diamond Comics to distribute that line.

That's hilarious with the Selphie one. I'm honestly quite surprised the clothing is "removable"? Barbie wannabe, I guess. God, I still have YET to get the Fenrir and Cloud. That's # 1 on my collection list. It would go nicely with my AKIRA - Kaneda's bike.

The sockets on Cloud don't look too too bad, compared to others:

Wow, I really like the head for the FFXIII heroine figure. Surprised a figure is being made already... I still haven't even bought the FFVII:AC figures yet

Well, I think "Lightning" besides the ATB bar, pretty much gives out the hint. That her name could be Lightning.
