Turning Off the 360: Manual or Controller?
How do you usually turn off your 360? By using the controller or by pressing the power button?
I use the controller most often. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

I don't know much discussion is even possible in this thread goodsir. However, obviously I choose to turn it off using the controller since it is most convenient. I can play in my bed and turn it off without getting up. It is the lazy american way, am I right?

Usually threads that are "mostly a poll thread" at least have interesting polls.
I still use the power button, since I'm stuck in the ancient days and never remember that you can use the controller. Double Post: Plus, why did you use "manually" to describe hitting the power button. If pushing the power button is "manual" then so is pushing the controller button. How ya doing, buddy?

I dont have to turn mine off. It automatically does it in the middle of games and chatting. I guess my 360 knows when too much is too much. Its so smart.
