Water effects

Something tells me I could have used a better water effect here. Thoughts?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Hey nice, although you could have used better water effects. This on looks like fog instead of water.

that looks more like a photoshop cloud filter then a water affect, but it's still effective.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

How about some of those luminent underwater ripple effects integrated in there? Then it'd look more watery.

I think you could a couple of things.
- I think you should lose the cloud effect and go for a ramp with dark blue on the bottom and lighter blue on the top.
- probably add some gentle light streaks from the sun.
- Maybe add some more depth fog like the back of the dragon more fogy and vague then the foregrond.
- And it look like the green blade of the scythe should have more glow.

Good luck any way

I was speaking idiomatically.
