POLLS: MAKE VOTES PUBLIC BY DEFAULt.
Seriously.
The sexual orientation thread is pointless with private votes. Also, in addition to the "make votes public" and "make votes private" options a thread creator has, there needs to be "poster decided" option so that you can chose to make your vote public or private as you post, which is how the board used to function, which was in fact better than how it currently is. How ya doing, buddy?  |

Getting rid of Invisible Mode might not be a bad idea either.

I like invisible mode. Mainly because I feel bad if I'm too busy to reply to someone if they contact me when they see me online.
I agree about the polls though. I was speaking idiomatically.  |
